Garry Hillis
Co-founder/Sales Representative, ABR ASA MCNE
Garry’s thoughtful outlook and unique skill-set have positioned Garry to deliver accomplished results for both Buyers and Sellers across the Western GTA. Garry’s 36 years of expertise combined with a strong marketing background has given Garry a keen eye for property values combining market trends and realities.
Garry entered real estate sales in 1986 and quickly demonstrated his capabilities in commercial and investment properties in Toronto. In the early ’90s, Garry pioneered full agency disclosure which initiated Buyer representation, now a standard practice today. Gradually Garry transitioned to residential real estate, helping individuals and families secure their future real estate endeavors. Adding to his designations of expertise, Garry earned the MCNE designation – Master Certified Negotiation Expert, of which few professionals have earned in Canada.
Garry’s strong belief in transparency and conveyance of communication proficiency has fostered him as a highly respected and resourceful professional. Garry is honoured to have served on ethics and discipline committees focused on raising the bar for higher professional standards. He currently is a Board of Director on the Mississauga Real Estate Board.

Gina Hillis

Gina Hillis is a well-established and highly experienced real estate professional relentless for delivering 5-star experiences for her clients. Her altruistic no-pressure approach – first to understand her clients’ needs and preferences, then to exemplify the experience of buying and selling property for them. Gina has been a full-time Realtor since 1987 and is active throughout the Greater Toronto area (with an emphasis on South Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington).
Gina believes the client experience is a top priority.
